Old Friends Reconnected

Okay, so I'm not the most compute literate person on the planet. I know enough to get by, do my work, send attachments, upload and download pictures, and I can surf with the best of them. I'm not really up to date on myspace, bridge sites, and/or Facebook...until now that is. My friend Lucy constantly sends me stuff on this facebook page she created for me and when I spoke to her yesterday she said, "you aren't responding to messages I'm leaving on your facebook page." I didn't even know she was writing to me on that page. So I logged on to this facebook page and realized that I had several messages awaiting my response. Who knew?

So here I go, I dive into the facebook world. I even searched to see if I could find some old school chums, I figured what the hell they might be around. I found quite a few, and invited them to be my "friends" on facebook. One particular girl Eva Hartman was a friend I grew up with in SRQ, we went to school together and played sports in highschool. After a quick note to her she responded and we immediately were back to old highschool chums. She inquired about my sister and my parents, caught me up on her life and I did the same. Funny how the internet works, I haven't spoken to her in about 10 years and now facebook has reconnected us.

I'm actually enjoying the whole facebook adventure. I'm sure I'm one of the last people to jump on the band wagon and most have already been here and done this but nonetheless I enjoy catching up with others. I'll keep ya posted on my latest facebook adventure.
