As I lay in bed last night trying to get to sleep, I thought about how I live my life. It dawned on me that I'm constantly looking for the next day without really living "today" for all it's worth. I think that's how I get stressed out. I worry about too much about stuff that's out of my control to a certain extent.
So from now on, I will try my best to worry less, and live more. I need to do things that I really enjoy doing and not worry about "the next day" and I will start living for and enjoying "today."
